The Foundation will provide and contract CNAs and LPNs to come to your home and care for your elder family member longterm for the number of days and hours you require. To apply for services, please download and submit the E22 application form to Admin@JFFoundations.com, so we can assess your needs.

Homecare

Our foundation will contract a licensed CNA or LPN to care for your elderly while you work, or as needed to provide care in the comfort of your home.

Family Homecare

You can choose any legal age family member to care for you. That person can generate income.

Training for homecare

The foundation will fund the tuition for CNA training for a family member of legal age to care for you at home. While training, a Certified Nurses Aide will care for you in the comfort of your own home until training is complete.
